John brings a wide breadth of experience as a principal manager of commercial property portfolios, and brokering multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions for the past 25 years. John spent five years as the head of real estate for Landry’s Restaurants, responsible for real property transactions across the country for over 300 units, including numerous transactions exceeding $10 million dollars, including Manhattan Times Square. He is experienced in development activities and the acquisition and disposition of office, retail, restaurant, entertainment, and casino properties.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Master’s Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate and an undergraduate degree from TAMU.
John is a retired officer of the U.S. Army and is a veteran of operation Iraqi Freedom where he commanded over 300 troops in 2003 during the Iraqi invasion. John lives in Houston with his wife and children.
