Houston-based Zeus Equity Group acquired a 0.5-acre tract with a 1,334-square-foot building, leased to Enterprise Rent-a-Car, at 2829 W. Loop South in the Galleria area from Kids Loop Holdings Ltd. Marc Peeler of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Ashley Strickland and David Luther of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. Zeus Equity Group’s managing principal is Steven Kaufman, who also owns Village Emergency Centers. The building was purchased as an income-producing asset and is earmarked for a future redevelopment for medical offices, according to NewQuest.
